We will take complete care of your apartments and your guests. We will secure guests for you, and you can enjoy peace and comfort at home. Leave everything to us. Online, you will be able to track your reservations or cleanings. We own apartments ourselves, so we know how it’s done.
Reception
Our reception takes care of your guests even before their arrival. We ensure that all necessary information and preparations are completed for their seamless arrival. Upon arrival, we hand over the keys and direct them to your apartments. During your guests’ stay, we are available for any inquiries or requests to make their experience as pleasant and carefree as possible. After the guests’ departure, we ensure a thorough check and cleaning of the apartments, prepare everything for the next guests, and simultaneously collect feedback to continuously improve our services. We maintain guest registers, interact with authorities, and also collect accommodation fees.
Cleanings
We understand how important cleanliness is for your guest’s first impression. We will clean your apartments always between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We will take care of replacements and conduct deep cleanings twice a season. And that’s not all. We also do post-construction cleanings and other cleanings upon request.
Laundry Service
Our laundry offers complete washing, drying, and ironing services to make the care of your bedding easier. You can use your own or take advantage of our rental service. We guarantee that your bed linen will look and smell like new.
Property Management
We offer a complete solution for managing your properties, from maintenance and repairs to ensuring and communicating with your guests. Save your time and energy and let us take care of everything needed for the smooth operation of your properties. When stays are not occurring, we will visit your property every week to check on it. We handle inspections and minor repairs. For more demanding tasks, we call in experts with whom we collaborate. Our goal is to ensure that your guests feel at home and that you are completely worry-free.
Reservation Management
As we own apartments ourselves, we ensure that we have a sufficient number of guests. We dynamically play with the price and availability to keep you satisfied with the bookings. You have the option to transparently see all stays online through generated access. We utilize booking portals as well as our own marketing.
